Position purpose : Plan, organize, and manage all aspects related to the execution and completion of architectural millwork projects.
Tasks and responsibilities :
- Develop project plans.
- Control and optimize costs and budgets according to concepts and scope.
- Ensure the allocation of human, financial, and material resources.
- Ensure effective project kick-offs.
- Coordinate and lead project execution.
- Proactively negotiate with clients and subcontractors as the project evolves.
- Manage plans, specifications, and addenda.
- Master contracts.
- Communicate effectively with clients while maintaining a business relationship.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture, or other studies in engineering or architecture with relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management or other relevant experience in a manufacturing or custom construction environment.
- Knowledge of architectural millwork, materials, architectural plan reading, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation and problem-solving.
- Comfortable in an ERP environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility for frequent travel with a valid passport.
- Initiative and leadership abilities.
- Strong results and customer service orientation.
