The Bravern Signature Residences – a touch of class
Beaubois was thrilled to be a part of the development of the Bravern Signature Residences in Bellevue, Washington. The 32-storey tower offers units that sell for over $1M each, as well as a number of commercial spaces and two office buildings that are rented exclusively to Microsoft.
Beaubois’ wood furnishings and architectural elements can be found in the lobby, the events room, the fireplace, the mailroom, the concierge services and the spa. The team also produced and installed furnishings for the kitchens and bathroom vanities for up to 29 floors of the condominium units.
This was a massive project that required very close coordination with all other suppliers and contractors. The Beaubois team provided exceptional work at every stage to ensure a flawless end result.
